What we keep

• A hash of each API key (not the key itself), its balance, its daily budget, and the email address Stripe collects at checkout.
• For each call: which endpoint, what it cost, and whether it was answered from the cache. The query parameters and results are cached to answer the same query for other users; do not send personal data in queries.
• For calls without a key: the IP address and a daily count, to enforce the free limit, kept for that day.
• For requests from search-engine crawlers and for fetches of robots.txt and sitemap.xml: the IP address, user agent and network, to check that search engines can read the site.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts the service. Stripe processes payments. Queries are sent to our data suppliers and to public registries to answer them. We do not sell personal data.
