The service

Searchwire provides search and SEO data (search volume, search results, domain registration status and similar facts) through an API. The data comes from third-party data suppliers and public registries and is provided as is, without any warranty of accuracy, completeness or availability. Values from different sources can differ.

Acceptable use

• Use the data for research, analysis and building your own products. Do not resell or redistribute the raw API output as a competing data feed.
• Do not use the service to build a general web search engine or otherwise compete with or harm search engine providers.
• Do not use it for anything unlawful, to collect personal data about individuals, or to attack or overload any system.
• Do not share keys publicly. You are responsible for all usage of your keys.

Credit and payment

Credit is prepaid, never expires and is used up per call at the prices shown on the website, which may change for future calls. Credit is non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Suspension

We may suspend keys that break these terms or put the service at risk. We may change or discontinue the service; if we discontinue it, we will refund unused credit.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. You will indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the data in breach of these terms.
